Nick's younger brother, Angelo, is also a Licensed Mechanic and presently working for the RCMP special vehicle operations.

Nick and Angelo's father Gus Georgitsos learned his trade in the late Fifties while serving the Military in Sparta ,Greece. Shortly after moving to Canada in the early Sixties, he founded Gus and John service stations which quickly grew to four locations in the city up to his passing at the very young age of 38 years old in 1974.

Nick Georgitsos also started in the trade very early driving the shop truck around the parking lot by the age of 9!
